Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your order at Tawi within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order is shipped by emailing us at reach@tawijewels.com .

Once the order has been shipped from our end we shall not entertain any cancelation. 
The refunds on cancelation shall be issued in a form of gift coupon/credit note only. We do not make cash refunds.
